RATES
Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars, covering a full 24 hours unlimited mileage rental, maintenance, comprehensive insurance and a 24 hours breakdown service (punctured tyres do not constitute a breakdown).
THE DRIVER
The hirer / driver must be over 24 and below 70 years of age, must produce a Singapore Class 3 licence. If he/she is a foreigner, qualified valid driving license of his / her own country (in English) or an international driving permit, held for at least two years.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Additional drivers are required to register with us before they are allowed to drive the hired vehicle. Otherwise, he / she will not be protected by the insurance, CDW and CDR.
1 additional driver for private rental and 2 additional drivers for corporate rental is allowed with no surcharge. There will be a surcharge of $3 per additional driver per day or a flat fee of $45.00 per rental for any other additional drivers.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The estimated rental charge for the period of use plus a refundable deposit of S$200.00 to S$500.00 is payable on taking delivery of the car.
Easy payment can be made through Visa / MasterCard / Amex or by cash. Monthly rental payment is payable on the first day of each month for the duration of the rental period.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL
Extension of hire must be arranged in advance and the required additional rental paid so that insurance cover will be extended. Failure to do so will mean that the vehicle is being driven without insurance coverage.
INSURANCE
Cover is provided against liability for the death or bodily injuries to third party or damage to the third party property.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)
The hirer of the vehicle is liable for the excess for loss, damage and fire and theft to our vehicle during the rental period. However, the hirer's liability MAY be reduced by payment of a Collision Damage Reduction (CDR) fee, to Non Waiverable Excess as follows:.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI)
Upon request, PAI is available for coverage up to S$10,000 each for the driver, and up to 4 passengers.
PETROL
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of petrol and should be refilled by the hirer / driver upon returning, at the hirer / driver's expense. Otherwise it is chargeable, based on our estimated cost of petrol plus a service charge of S$10.00.
ERP / CBD AREA, PARKING / TRAFFIC FEES AND FINES
The hirer/driver will be responsible for all ERP charges, all parking, traffic fees and fines incurred.
24-HOURS BREAKDOWN
Services are provided round the clock should you require roadside assistance.
VEHICLE MOVEMENT
All vehicles are strictly for Singapore use only. If Evergreen is not notified before the hired vehicle enters Malaysia, he/she will be fully responsible for all first and third party liability damages, fire or theft and all other liquidating damages arising in Malaysia.
COLLECTION & RETURN
Hirers are to collect the hired vehicle from our office, and return of vehicle may be arranged for a fee of $20.00 to $30.00 during office hours only. (Mon-Sat 9.00am to 5pm)
Delayed return of vehicle is calculated per hour at 1/5 of daily rate.
